The Bow River begins near the Alberta/British Columbia border, flows through Calgary and eventually merges with the Oldman River to form the South Saskatchewan River, merging with the North Saskatchewan R. near Prince Albert, then on to Manitoba. Some of its waters end up in Hudson Bay.
I put this one together a few years ago, leaning on whatever was rolling around in my head at the time - likely phrases from other tunes that I can’t put a finger on.
