I'm catching bits here and there [the Westman cable guide doesn't always align with what they're broadcasting].  Their skill.... and absence of mental mistakes ... is impressive. [I'm somewhat less enamoured with the hype(?).]

I would love to see my grandson there next year.  He played as an 11 year-old on the Georgia State runner-up this year losing in the championship game in extra innings.  His team is in the Atlanta metropolitan area and a lot of good baseball players come from that area and there are a bunch of really good teams.  Ultimately though you have to have a bunch of outstanding pitchers since they are only allowed to throw so many pitches a game and have a certain amount of rest between games they pitch.

Being from Alabama can't help but agree with OP but in cany case, all these kids can really play at a high level and fun as all get out to watch.

[Fwiw, Manitoba is sometimes called the Keystone province.... due to both its shape and central location. It started out as a relatively small square shape and was known at that time as The Postage Stamp Province.]

Westman cable carried the games through Thursday, but so far as I can determine they aren't showing today's games... and I guess it'll be the same tomorrow.  

Their PR tank must be filled to overflowing.

Oooops... I spoke too soon. 

Not the channels I've watched before, but Westman has it on WXYZ, an ABC affiliate from Detroit [a channel I don't even normally check].  

I guess the universe is unfolding as it should.
