Banjo 1 with its plastic looking finish, headstock shape and plastic tuner bushings is a late 1960s-early 1970s low end Japanese banjo. Banjo two is a Gibson made Epiphone Campus banjo--I have one on my bench being serviced at the moment--1960s. Can sometimes be dated with a Gibson serial number list.

The photo on left was posted in error. That is a custom banjo built by a 90 year old picker in North Carolina. Had a beautiful resonator which was burned in a fire. I posted the serial # of the Epiphone banjo in a second post. Thank you for the reply.
