I asked this question many months ago. I have two brass capos and a Mastertone tension hoop with the little bird brand.
I learned here that is from a different Czech builder which I hope I'll spell halfway right. Not Prucha. It's Ptaczek or something to that effect. Ptaczek had a fine reputation.
I'm unaware of any link to Prucha, other than than that they were perhaps countrymen.
I hope someone with full knowledge will join this thread.

Interesting. I definitely hand a Prucha banjo years ago with a tone ring that had a little bird stamped on it. Thanks for clarifying.
