I'm at a point where I feel like I could benefit from some one-on-one coaching. Id prefer in person but haven't found anyone local and we have a new baby so driving an hour away once a week isn't in the cards for a while.

Anyone here know of anyone offering zoom lessons?

I know Matt has 45 minute sessions over zoom, but $75 is a bit steep for something I'd like to do regularly.

Are you referring to Matt Brown 45-minute sessions?  Matt is a fine musician and teacher.  His Patreon lessons are $15 a month.  You could probably get much of what you're looking for from his book alone with over 40 tabs. Two-Finger Banjo

Yep, I've got his book. I'm more looking for a set of eyes, ears, and a brain with the right software to help me spot what I'm doing wrong or what I need to work on.

On His website 45 minute zoom sessions are $75

That’s not out of line. In our area 45-minute private lessons range from $65 to $75, whether in person or online.

I’ve been on a hiatus from giving lessons online, but I have a lot of free 2F content on my YouTube channel that might be useful. Two playlists are most relevant.

"Two finger banjo with tabs” (100+ videos of me playing various tunes. Each video has link to a tab stored here on the Banjo Hangout). :

"How to play backup banjo using the thumb-lead two finger style" (an 8-video lesson series):

Fair enough.

There is a scruggs style instructor about an hour away from me that charges $30 per half hour. But that's about it for reference around here. I probably will go to him in a couple months when I can get away from the house more.

Thanks, Jack, I've been using your content for reference already. If you ever are open to online lessons, let me know.
