Are they steel reinforced?
The USA Chicago Harmony banjos had steel reinforced necks. Often labeled as such where the trust rod cover would sit. The necks are generally made of poplar which is a softer hardwood known for being stable. I have serviced many dozens of Harmony Reso-tone banjos from the 1950s-thru the early 1970s. Never seen one with a bowed neck. There were Asian banjos made early 1970s on that were branded "Harmony" but these usually have a truss rod.
Run a magnet along the back of neck and see.

The neck is a 22.75 " scale neck..

Harmony and Kay were installing those non adjustable metal rods in guitar necks before the steel reinforced neck verbiage was added. It’s a fairly thick metal rod, it’s not a hacksaw blade like I always read years ago.

This does not seem correct for a 5 string.
