Yesterday's Sail,Power and Steam Museum Jam had a member of Pete Seeger's "Clearwater" crew playing a Nick Appolonio 12 string guitar.Beautiful tone with a .067 E string.
We found out that this gentleman has moved to Port Clyde (my home village) and we are looking forward to playing with him,often.
Wiley's Corner Grange Jam tonight at 7pm and Gilford/Butler Schoolhouse Jam this Thursday at 4pm.
Headed for the Tuftonboro,NH Jam on Tuesdays real soon.
I have to stay overnight with a dear friend in Saco for that one and there'll probably be a jam at her house the following night.
I don't go to bars (unless for a gig) to play for fun or socialize so these jams fill that void,nicely.
