Originally posted by steve davisI enjoyed hearing Bela,Sam,Stuart Duncan,Jerry Douglas,Bryan Sutton and Edgar Meyer performing this piece in front of a few thousand people at the Telluride BG Festival for their encore finale.
It's on YouTube.
The crowd got a kick out of it.
Must have been a lot of 7th grade boys in the crowd.
Passed on this after the 2nd verse.

Must have been a lot of them with the mentality of 7th grade boys, if the audience got a "kick" out of it. ![]()
I'm surprised that the group of musicians agreed among themselves to do the song, singing the lyrics:
"How's your hole . . ."
"Take your pants down . . . "
"Won't you blow me . . . "
"Let me do your ass . . . "
"How about a sit coc . . . "
"A steaming bowl of s***-ake mushrooms . . . " (Gee, the BHO has language filters, that block the lyrics of the tune!)
There are a hundred different verses to this wonderful tune. Kids start singing it on the bus ride to a field trip, until the teacher shuts them up. Kids think it is a clever song, as do some adults.
Thank you very much for bringing this performance to the BHO.

Yours looks like the list I threw into my banjo case.
It's ready to spring onto the appropriate audience.
Bela sang "stiff" rather than "sit".
"How about a stiff cocktail with me?" He also got laughing so hard he couldn't finish his turn, completely.
Written by "Red Peters",I believe.
