I'm noticing that when I am playing certain chord shapes, namely the first position C shape, my fretting ring finger will straighten out. It becomes especially apparent when I'm also fretting with my pinky in this shape. Is this normal or evidence of bad technique? I really tried to isolate it and convince my hand to behave otherwise, but to no avail.
