Does anyone know of any other documented Style 75s that has the fleur-de-lis headstock with the seagulls/style 1 fretboard besides Sammy Shelor's? Maybe Joe Spann knows something?

My uncle (Geoff Hohwald)'s 1937 RB-75 (E 4370-1) has a fleur-de-lis headstock but a leaves and bows fretboard.
