I just listed a Gibson pre-war conversion banjo featuring a Frank Neat mahogany neck, Rickard tuners, and a Huber Vintage tone ring. It’s the best banjo I’ve ever owned but it’s more than I need and it deserves a better player! Greatly prefer local pickup on this banjo. Might consider trading for a high end mandolin, especially a Northfield Big Mon or Artist.

Some specifics on the pre-war parts of the banjo?

Here's a link. It's a style 11 with replaced flange and tension hoop if I read it correctly. Frank Neat neck, Huber vintage series tone ring.

And the 5-string Presto tailpiece? And the hooks and nuts? And the armrest? And the two coordinator rods? These are all pre-war Gibson and part of the pre-converted 4-string?

Ad does not say what it was before conversion. FON puts it a Kel Kroyden KK10.
No numbers in reso. Is it original? Is the rim and reso the only prewar parts? Why is rim not painted? I also had multiple question when I saw the ad.
