I’d love to be able to save/pin active or archived forum posts (I know you can subscribe) that I want to reference later. Perhaps to a tab on the my accounts page. Similarly, I’d love to be able to watch/save classified ads that I’m interested in, but not ready to move on.

In the meantime, you could make a browser folder and accumulate bookmarks. You get the ability to annotate with a custom message in that case. You can move them up and down
I agree, this would be a very useful feature. It would be great to get updates on price changes on classified ads.
