Hi,
I saw this advertised -https://banjolicks.com/pages/solid-timing-july-1- But could not find any examples of how it worked. He makes some strong claims and charges over $60 for it. Can anyone tell me his approach or method and give any opinions on it?
Thanks,
ken
I think it's a very good course. How much value you can get out of it depends on your level. It is essentially 32 days of 10 minute videos of picking patterns you can play along with with a metronome and then a guitar in the background. For me the greatest benefit was the structure, the fact that you are encouraged to come back every day. It helps a lot if you are the type who easily gets bored with actual, patient practice. It's a good way to kick off a practice session, but also great if you have limited time but want to keep things regular.
Note that this is a "keep it forever" offer. You can also get the course if you subscribe. I think there also used to be a free trial.
