I’m looking for a normal old school, leather cradle style strap that uses Chicago screws to mount. But is easily adjustable while wearing for seated or standing position.
Anyone know of a strap like this?

Check the Marketplace under Banjo Accessories. There are several straps for sale.
Remember, a strap attached with screw posts is not a cradle strap. A cradle strap extends under the brackets below the pot.
A strap should be adjusted so that the banjo sits in the same position whether you are sitting or standing. There should be no need to adjust it.

I finally went to luggage straps available on Amazon. They have a swivel to prevent twisting. Perfect adaptation. Might not be what You would like.

Remember to make the banjo lean towards your body.
