It is fine to want something you always wanted , like a Gibson, but you could pick just about any generation exceot the 70's and early 80's. Buy the Deering or save your money for a later 80's or 90's forward Gibson.
I have another banjo to the mix. A 1981 Goldstar G-11 archtop banjo. Now, I'm trying to decide between this latest banjo, the Deering Sierra, and a 1988 Gibson RB-250. Please provide your suggestions. Thanks.
