Davis drives the the five-string for the Rick Faris Band, and anybody else that needs his tough Scruggsy sound. Read the interview . . . and find out how he got that name, on Banjo Head:

I've enjoyed your interviews.  I particularly enjoyed Hayden Bramlett since I know him and his dad.

woild it be possible for you to interview Robert Montgomery, who played with David Davis and still plays with Alan Sibley?  I really enjoy his picking.  I'd love to hear about his banjo and tunings he uses, particularly on the Two Dimes and a Nickle album.

Thanks!

John

Thank you, John! Good to hear you're enjoying the site. Feedback is always welcome! And the Hayden Bramlett interview was one of my favorites too . . . I eagerly await the rest of that album.

Thanks for the Robert Montgomery tip. I will definitely hunt him down. I've got a bit of a backlog at the moment, so it won't appear for a while, if I do secure an interview.

Thanks again for reading!
