More About Me
Hi there. I am an experienced musician and teacher offering five-string banjo and ukulele lessons to beginner, intermediate and advanced players.
Scruggs style bluegrass, clawhammer banjo, folk, pop and blues, rhythm and lead.
All my lessons take place in my comfortable home studio in Surbiton, within easy reach of both Kingston and Surbiton stations. Free, off-street parking can also be made available upon request.
Your tuition will be organised to suit your individual needs, and I will provide backing tracks at various speeds to aid your practice, as well as all the help and support you need to understand music tab, rhythm training and learning by ear. There is also a recording facility available should you wish to monitor your progress.
I am a member of the Musician's Union and Performing Rights Society.
Pay for five lessons in advance and get the sixth lesson free.
Lessons are £30.00 per hour or £50.00 for two hours.
