Teaching guitar and banjo since 1970. I've owned and operated the Rochester Folk Workshop in downtown Rochester MI, since 1973.
Canadian National Banjo champion 1976. Published "New Twists For The 5-string Banjo" 1983. Featured artist Banjo Newsletter July 1984 ( The Tuner Man ). Published Banjo and Guitar books for Mel Bay Publications, Hal Leonard Publishing, and Banjo Academy. Voting member National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences since 1998. Composer and arranger of Banjo and Acoustic Guitar music.
