More About Me

I've been playing and performing with the banjo since about 2005 and teaching banjo for almost two years, both in person and via Skype.

My credentials include teaching at music camps as well as privately, and I received a master's degree in Appalachian music from Appalachian State University.

As a performer and recording artist, I have had two albums in the top 5 of the FOLK-DJ charts and my rendition of the traditional song, Going To The West, reached #1.
