About me. Diving right in. 52 M, in northwestern CT. Lessons given at my home or on skype. I have been playing banjo for over 30 years on and off. I certainly could be a lot better, but I am good enough and people enjoy playing with me. I have been in several bands and still am in a couple.
I learned banjo the hard way, so I am very keen on helping you learn it the easy way. Having learned by tab and only tab I suffered through years of frustration. Trust me, it does not have to be that way. Getting you up and running and playing with others will be my number 1 goal. I will have you playing songs in your first week. That is the important part. How skilled you become will be up to you as time passes.
