Tom Collins is a professional banjo player, and the creator of Banjo Blitz! and Banjo Quest, two groundbreaking free instructional series that focus on technique and basic clawhammer mechanics instead of building repertoire. His YouTube channel has garnered over one million minutes watched, and he has taught players all over the world via Skype for over a decade. Recently, he joined the faculty of Fiddle Hell, a world-renown acoustic music camp, where he will be teaching in the Fall of 2019.
