I highly recommend Don as a teachier based on the time I spent with him as a ch student. Don is real easy to work with, patient and will work with you so you get what you want to learn out of the time you spend together. Don is adept at both Oldtime and Bluegrass styles and has decades of professional playing and teaching experience. He teaches from that experience, which is invaluable. You also wont find a nicer guy or one who enjoys playing the banjo more than he does.
