Greg, you definitely get an A for effort! You have a nice smooth roll going there, nice and even, which is absolutely the most important thing. I wouldn't worry about pick noise, or anything like that at this point, just concentrate on practicing your basic skills. Don't speed up before you are very comfortable where you are. Good job, you've made a great start.

Fine job. The pick noise will get less with time although I didn't think it was bad.
