Unnamed tune collected from fiddler Joe Wingerter (Rockwood, IL) by clawhammer-er Steve Harrison of Charleston, IL. I learned it from Steve's band: the Airtight Oldtime String Band. Banjo tuned aDADE.

Sean, I really appreciate you posting these Illinois tunes. I own the Dear Old Illinois triple CD set (and the tune book of the same name), so it is fantastic to hear these tunes played on the banjo. Keep up the good work!

No problemo Michael! It's my pleasure...at this point I'm pretty well committed to the music of this state. It's good to know that somebody else out there is interested in those dear old IL tunes!
