What a great medley...two of my favorites!

Wow!  That is great playing Ted.  I like this one the best, but I'm a sucker for the more lonesome sounding CH tunes.  (I am just a rank learner on CH, but I know what sounds good to me.)  I find your playing very articulate, or clear for lack of better terminology.  I enjoyed them (your tunes) all, and they have been a bright spot in an otherwise dreary evening.  Thank you for inviting me to listen, and please keep me abreast of any new posts.

Cheers,

Grant

PS - I'd love to hear you with a fiddler also!

Great stuff!  The Year of Jubilo caught me out, but sounds really cool!

Hey jlee22lr, thanks for the compliment, in two ways. First for the tone, and second for thinking that it was the 1900s Stewart. I actually recorded it with my StewMac kit banjo--the "Eagle"--which I worked very hard on setting up to get the old-time sound I wanted. I did not have any of the other banjos at the time I recorded it! Cheers, Ted
