Very Unique sound. I also play a little dulcimer. It really has a sound of it's own. My curiosity is raised trying to imagine a Dulcimer Banjo hybrid.

Love the tune, It inspired the following Lyrics, I hope you like them
Long, long ago only darkness I knew
I didn’t know how deep I would go
For I had lost the most precious of things
That one could lose and I didn’t know
If I would ever find it again
For I could not long endure this pain
My heart had broken, I could only feel
Emptiness now, for nothing seemed real
I wasn’t sure if my life was worthwhile
For I could not even break out a smile
Then you came to me and showed me your love
I felt you closely, as soft as a dove
I have such precious love surrounding me
Showing me now, how I really feel
My life is filled now with light oh so bright
For I know now, the end of that night
That was so long, long ago now it seems
Almost as if it was in my dreams
