This is a tune I have always liked, so I thought I would do a little recording of it.

Kind of a rollicking, nautical feel to it all. Great fun to listen to. Thanks.

I like this song so much, coming from California as I do. I was surprised when I found it in O'Neill's Music of Ireland book, but have since learned more of the history. When the gold dwindled and the hydraulic mining laws kicked in, the population moved on. You do a nice job playing this!
