Ok, not exactly Earl, but this is the first song I ever wrote on the banjo. Mainly I just sort of stumbled across it while playing around in the key of F. I also had my mute positioned near the bridge to give it a little more sustain. I was looking for that lonesome "Jimmy Rogers" effect. I think this could be a good tune for beginners, because it is based around doing forward/reverse rolls as you move a barre-chord down the neck. I would be very happy for any feedback you might have -- and I have uploaded the tab to the BHO tab archive.
