This accompanies the Basic Duo Style Exercise for plectrum (see Photo section.) THE FIRST CUT, each melody note gets one initial down stroke immediately followed by a second down stroke to play the harmonizing chord. THE SECOND CUT is played in 3/4 (waltz) time. IN THE THIRD CUT, each melody note gets two initial down strokes followed by the chord. THE FOURTH CUT is fairly up tempo single strokes again. THE FIFTH CUT is two strokes on the melody again. ONTHE SIXTH CUT, each melody note gets a Down/Up stroke immediately followed by a Down stroke on the chord.
