For the old-time Tune of the Week, 6/9/17, Chinquapin Hunting is named for the wild chestnut that grows in parts of the country. My arrangement is based on Bruce Molsky's lively playing.

Thanks, Don. I got to see Bruce Molsky live last weekend -- he's simply tops!

I hear Molsky's fiddle and timing in your playing. You nailed it. I've been trying to deconstruct what he does on banjo, but you beat me to it! How are you tuned?

Glad you like it. It's in standard G tuning. I used a slow downer to hear the fiddle better. If tab helps you I can send it to you.
