It is but it's "other" title is Bad Lee Brown. The Sheriff asks him "hey young fella is your name Brown, remember the night you blowed you Sadie down?" And he answers; "Yes sir, yes my name is Lee you got me for murder in the first degree." So the name Lee Brown is actually in the song. I haven't searched to see what crime this was that inspired the song but It might prove interesting to do so. That particular way I play that seems worthy of a bawdy house or saloon of ill repute.
