John, I play it in open G & key of G, but I have trouble explaining the chords. There so-called circles of fifths, etc. Here's a stab at parts following the intro arpeggio stuff:
Bm, G flat, B, E, A,D7, Am (or C6) D sharp, D
Bm, G flat, B, E, C, G, D, G.
The ending uses the D sharp again. Don't rely solely on my ideas of chords, for some of these, I'm forming 6ths, 7ths, etc to get the melody in with the base chords. If you google "chords and lyrics for Mr Sandman, you will get a raft of versions, but maybe not in the key of G, so you might have to transpose. I hope this is helpful, and good picking!
