This a great old dance tune from Jolly Old England. I heard Dave Hum play this in the street with his band 'The Huckleberries' sometime back and it had everybody clapping and smiling (do dancing though!). I thought I'd have a go at it too. Anybody wants the tab just message me and I'll be glad to send you the .tef file.
