That was fun! Except for the sudden stop.
Great job by all--really dug the fiddlers. They had a good raw sound. I'm tempted to go on a tirade about the current state of BG fiddling, but I'll spare everyone....

bd, I think I know what you mean. At the risk of offending BG lovers BG is very faddish and I love Bluegrass! The more primitive forms are much more appealing and closer to the heart of bluegrass roots, IMO. I think James' playing goes to this heart and the groups he plays with definitely do.
