Now WHERE does that tune come from - and HAS it got words? Polite ones?
On one of the New Lost City Ramblers records Mike Seeger (may he RIP in old-time heaven..) sings, in harmony "Sal's Got a Meatskin Hid Away..." which he states in the notes mean that Sal has not indulged in S*x**l *ct*v*ty (but he expects to change that in the future).
Now the main theme of your "Sal" has a lot of similarity; and the scansion of "Sal's got a Meatskin Hid Away" and "Sal's got Mud Between her Toes" are very similar. Is it possible that "your" tune is a polite version of NLCR's ; or is their's a "rude" versionof yours?

No similarity at all, IMHO.
