From Adam Hurt's piano version, inspired by Kentucky fiddler John Salyer whose many tunes are always worth learning. I've also enjoyed playing my Gold Tone cello banjo with all nylon strings. Hope you enjoy, too.

Beautiful tone and playing. For some reasons I can't bring myself to play this tune fast, at least not without artificial efforts. Recently I have been playing this tune in D minor - double-d tuning (aDADE). With fiddlers I play it in double-d, 5th=g, and whatever tempo they like.

This came on the member tunes podcast list while I was cleaning the house. I listened to it about 15 times. Then I got out my banjos and learned it. I do not have a clean house at this point, but I do have a new tune that makes me smile every time I play it. Thanks Janet!
