I'm french and I don't know exactly what does the word "tips" mean .
Chords used are important, in blues, the following suite is often employed :
if you play in Gminor , you can use Eb 7 , D7 , Gm as ending a part.
The same in Eminor : C7 , B7 , Em and so on ...
