Written by Eric Merrill in honor of his grandmother Helen Grace. Appears on his CD "The Western Star". This version with my son Erik on fiddle, me on banjo, and our friend Joanna Macrae on guitar. This was just a porch practice session for an upcoming square dance last summer and just recorded on an iPhone.

You bring out the melody clearly and I can follow it best here for learning. How fun it must be to play with Joanna!
