This is an original work in progress. I'm experimenting here with clawhammer in a non-traditional rhythm and back-up with an electronic drum and Animoog synthesizer. The banjo is a Gold Tone OT-6 tuned gGDGBD.

As you asked for thoughts and reactions:
It sounded to me like solid music but I am not sure what context it fits into. My preference is definitely more traditional. It seems like you have something you are searching for and I wish you luck in getting the sound you want all together.
