A version from tab by John Bullard from his Bach on the Banjo book and CD. I now have 104 measures out of 136 memorized. Hopefully will be able to play it all well some day. This version is not current, but representative of what I have done so far.

Hi Jack - I commend your efforts on the Bach Partita No.3. I've only been play about 4 years myself and have recently contemplated trying to play it. It sounds doable - although it will take some time.Thanks for the inspiration. Greg

wow, thanks! Ive been working on this to the exclusion of learning new songs, so will be happy when I got it all remembered. THen a few years to get it right! But I think Ive gotten better at using the neck and stuff, so its worth it. Bach is pretty complex stuff, lots of really great phrasing. Im in no hurry.THere is another BHO guy who has it on youtube, thats my inspiration. I think you should go for it!
