Shootin & Stabbin seem to be the most common subject matter...I am working on a slow, step by step video to post in our group as soon as I can get everything worked out...I am trying to make a way to monitor the camera while sitting in front of it..

That seems like it would be really hard. Screen and stage directors use a technique called 'blocking' where they set up a prepositioned place and way to stand for performers so they can be seen exactly as intended for the performance. Maybe if you get a chair and place it 'just so' each time with the camera and everything always in the same place you can make the recording almost perfectly each time?
