I'm STEALING THIS SONG! No "ifs, ands" or "buts" about it! I LOVE this piece!!
What the story behind it? Where is it from? And your home-made clawhammer banjo sounds GREAT!!
Craig
PS- I'm also Scots (Wilson).

Thanks, Craig. I made up the first part of the tune years ago, and the second part in March 2007. I was sitting literally on my back porch, and the frogs in my pond were starting to mate, so there was a constant chorus of croaking in the background. The words just came out right there and then, and I popped inside and recorded it. You're welcome to take the song !! Well, borrow it at least !!

Certainly, Erich !! Feel free to use it. I feel honoured when other folks like a tune or song enough to want to play it.
