stumbled across the clip of Tom Meisenheimer playing this tune today & it just shook me!.. had to learn it there & then.. don't know exactly what it evokes, just know that it's oozing with it!.. my take on it's a little too quick, but i blame excitement for that.. & until Tom's query for the title of this tune is resolved.. i'll call it "Tom Meisenheimer's Navel"

Yeah! Nice rendition mate! I finally decided to use the Unknown tune (to me at that time, hey! I'm old!) for the song Buffalo Skinners which I haven't recorded or posted (well obviously if I haven't recorded I haven't posted doh!) see what I mean about being old? It reminds me of Bell's March, Good Old Rebel, the aforementioned "skinners" and a slightly shady grove. I really like your playing of "it". Don Huber alerted me to your posting last night when we got together to play. Look for more postings soon. I got a fretless!
