This is my friend Mark McPherson playing the tune, and I'm doing the backup for him. It's a little long, but it was fun to play.

A fine, elegant job of picking from both of you. This is sure a great tune. Well done, not too long in my book, I could have listened for another ten minutes, twenty minutes.

This li'l beauty evokes a blissful trance like state!... what is the haunting background sound just audible at the 4'.14" mark?.. at first, i thought it might be a rooster crowing?.. it adds such an eerie depth at that point!!.. Another best of my friend!..

Good ear! This was recorded at the Puget Sound Guitar Workshop in Washington (state) in a room off the main hall. I think it's the sound of a crowd of voices as someone opened the door to get something from where we were. I'm thinking of re-recording it on my banjo.
