Tom, if was not able to see you play in person, I'd have no idea that you don't drop your thumb. All of the hammers, pulls, and slides that you incorporate more than make up for not "dropping". In fact, as with Doc Watson, you seem to get more notes and subtleties in than some of us who do drop our thumbs on occasion!
