Man, this tune brought a big grin to my face. You're a man after my own thoughts, what a great tune, a favorite tune of mine anyway, and to hear it like this, it's just very, very cool. You are to be commended, the lunatic is in my head too. It kind of reminded me of the LP, which is now on CD that the Charles River Valley Boys did in 1966 called Beatle Country. You're putting ideas in my head, so many great cover to be done.

Thanks for the positive comment. We rehearsed Brain Damage a lot slower than we play it on the cut.

Any other similar types of covers you've worked on?
I've got a couple in mind myself and enjoy doing unusual covers. Keep it up............

I can play pretty much anything anyone writes. Our band does stuff like "You're So Bad" from Tom Petty, Greatful Dead stuff, ( "Just Here To Get My Baby" is a Jerry Garcia song). I like Levon Helm and we do "Got Me a Woman".

I hope that my last comment didn't sound really snooty. I just listen to stuff and play it. Its more intuitive than thought out.

Nothing snooty to the comment, it's very cool to see that you list Courtney Johnson at the top of your list of favorite musicians, he's one of mine as well.
