A well written melody John! Very haunting. This would make a nice banjo/fiddle duet as well. I can also hear it accompanied by an Celtic Bodhrn drum.
Please add some detail to your description. I am interested to know which of your banjos you are playing. Are these nylon or gut strings?
I like it very much! I am going to learn it!
Best Regards,
Tom

Thanks Tom:
I recorded that tune a while back. Unfortnately, I did not make a note of which banjo it was. I am pretty shure it was an SS Stewart Special Thoroughbred that I traded to my friend David Emery. It is a beautiful vintage banjo that is nearly 100% original.
