From the 1970s. Another track by 'Cross Country'. I've always thought this a great song. I love the 'call and response' refrain. Apologies for the sound quality, the tape is now very old.

Thanks Owen, glad you enjoyed it. Had a great time with that band. Mike Hibbs (bass), Richard Hampton(mandolin), Ian Anderson(guitar & lead vocal), Bob Pett(guitar) and myself on banjo. We all loved to play and shared a common desire to do it the very best of our ability. Seems impossibly long ago now. Wish I could find musicians today with that work ethic!
