Played on my 1930s Kel Kroydon Model 10 with a Yates V-33 tone ring and Yates custom neck.

That's the sound and tonal qualities of a Yates V33 ring, good job Tom. Sounds very much like mine in my 34' TB-1. Very close example of one of the tonal qualities found in the 30's Gibson Flatheads.
