Thanks again Robin,

"Your very nice! I liked the melody of the song & thought it would be fun to play." I think I arranged it back in the mid-90's."

Thank you Tim!

I appreciate your kind words! I really do! "I was leary about putting any of my music up due to players that may not be hip to the new styles." I love traditional too, I grew up playing it.  I also love playing any tune or song that  I thought would be fun to play on the banjo.( Now I feel ok about my friend Scooter Muse a great banjo player posting it for me.Thank you again. I also have a myspace site.

I knew this was you right away, even though I've only heard one other posting.  You sure have a distinctive sound.  Amazing work.

Randal, being the chord nut I am, I absolutely love the chord voicings and the texture you get with finding the melody within them, liek a jazz guitarist. Bravo my friend!

Hi John, Thank you so much! I love doing chord melody & using voiciings I hear in my head. I use to listen to Joe Pass, Earl Klugh and others, which gave me a different approach. I always like to play songs that had a nice melody to them. I really appreciate your nice comments! I hope to meet you someday. Your friend, Randal

Tasteful, tasteful, chordal nirvana that you just don't hear on the banjo.
I love these 2 tunes you posted, takes me way back to another time, great unusual song choices, I can't imagine anyone doing them better justice.
You're one of a kind Randal and that's a very good thing these days.

Your friend,
